These terms are between you and PeakLooks (“we”). By using this site or buying a plan you accept them.
What we sell
PeakLooks produces a personalised PDF report on skin, hair, face, diet and sleep, from your photo and answers, with tips tied to published research. It is a one-time digital product. There is no subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. A plan that is marked as coming soon cannot be bought.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and the photo must be of your own face. Do not upload a photo of anyone else without their permission, or any photo that is unlawful, or of a child. We may refuse or stop service if you break this.
Not medical advice
PeakLooks gives general information only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a registered doctor. Read the medical disclaimer. You use the report at your own risk.
AI-generated content
Reports are produced partly by AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. The after-photo preview, where included, is an AI illustration, not a prediction or promise of results, and may not look exactly like you. Results differ from person to person.
Payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay, and its terms apply to the payment itself. After a successful payment you have a short window (about 2 hours) to submit your photo and answers and receive your report.

Your content and our licence
You keep ownership of your photo and answers. You give us a limited licence to process them only to create your report, including sending them to the AI providers described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to give that licence.
The report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We and our sources own the design, wording and software. Do not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass payment, replay an order, or overload or probe the service.
- No automated access or bulk submissions.
- No use of the report to mislead others, for example as a medical certificate.
Limits on our liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about your health or appearance based on the report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and ending service
We may change the service, prices or these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date above. We may suspend access for misuse.
Governing law
Indian law governs these terms. The courts at the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer to approach the forum the law allows.
