No subscription to cancel
You pay once per plan. We never charge you again, so there is nothing to cancel.
You will get a refund if
- you were charged but could not receive your report because of a fault on our side, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you were charged but did not use the service at all (you never submitted a photo or received a report) and ask within 7 days of paying;
- your report is blank, corrupted or clearly not for the plan you bought, and we cannot replace it.
We cannot refund if
- your report was delivered and works, because it is a digital product made for you and cannot be returned;
- you are unhappy with the advice, or results differ from what you hoped. The report is general guidance, see the medical disclaimer;
- the after-photo preview does not look the way you expected;
- you gave a poor photo or wrong answers. If your photo was unusable you can ask us to rerun the report once, free.
These rules do not remove any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 7 days of payment with your order reference (it is on your payment receipt), the email you used to pay, and a line on what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.
How you get the money
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show it. Refunds are in Indian rupees; any currency conversion by your bank is outside our control.
